Ingredients
1/2 C butter
1 8oz cream cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 C milk
6 oz grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients over medium low heat, stirring until smooth. Serve over fettuccine noodles.
