Creme Brulee

Ingredients
2 cups cream heated
4 egg yolks
1/3 Heaping Cup of Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Directions
Heat milk on stove top stirring constantly to avoid burning. Cream together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Slowly add to warm milk stirring constantly to avoid cooking eggs. Pour into ramekins. Place Ramekins into pan filled with water and Bake 325 degrees F for 40 minutes. After they are cooked remove ramekins from pan and put plastic wrap directly on top of creme brulee and place in refrigerator to completely cool. Once cooled remove plastic wrap sprinkle with sugar and use cooking torch to caramelize sugar.
