Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups water

1 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/3 cups instant mashed potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions
In a saucepan heat water and butter; add milk. Add potatoe, salt and pepper. Blend in sour cream. Transfer to a heatproof serving dish and top with cheese. Bke 350ยบ 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. 4 servings.
