Sour Cream Lemon or Lime Pie

Ingredients:

1 (9”) graham crust or baked pastry shell
1 ¼ cups sugar
1/3 cups cornstarch
2 eggs
½ cups lemon or lime juice
grated lemon or lime peel
1 ½ cup boiling water
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup sour cream

Directions:

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and eggs; Mix well. Over medium heat, gradually stir in lemon juice, then water, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until mixture boils, and thickens. Cook one minute longer. Remove from heat. Add butter, then fold in sour cream. Pour into prepared crust. Chill. Garnish as desired.
