Ingredients:
6 oz. White chocolate, grated
½ cup butter
8 oz. Cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup sour cream
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Cool until slightly warm. With electric mixer beat butter and cream cheese until light. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat until combined. Add sugar and beat smooth. Add melted chocolate and beat again. If necessary, refrigerate until thickened.
