Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup cold margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup Real Lemon juice

Directions
In med. bowl, combine flour and brown sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in oats. Reserving 1 1/2 cups oat mixture, press remainder into 15x10-inch jellyroll pan. Bake 10 min., 350E. Meanwhile, in large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk and vanilla, then lemon juice. Beat well. Pour over baked crust; sprinkle with reserved oat mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Store in refrigerator. Makes 40 bars.
