Frosted Butterscotch Choc Chip Bars

Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Frosting: ¼ cup soft butter, ½ cup powdered sugar,
½ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, ½ Tbls. milk. Beat
until smooth.

Directions
Combine brown sugar and melted butter and blend well.
Add eggs and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in
Chocolate chips. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350º,
25-35 minutes. Cool and frost.
