Ingredients
2/3 cups sun dried tomatoes
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil *
1-8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 Cup sour cream
1/4 cup of butter
1/4-1/2 Cup of milk or cream
Directions
Cover tomatoes with boiling water, let stand 10 minutes and drain. Place tomatoes and garlic in food processor or blender. Mix fine to medium. Melt butter and add garlic and tomato mixture and stir a few minutes. Add cream cheese and oregano. Heat through until melted. Sir in sour cream and milk to desired consistency. Toss fettuccini with sauce. *If sun dried tomatoes are stored in oil you may not need to add extra oil.
