Honey Whole Wheat Casserole Bread

Ingredients
1 cup milk
¾ cup shortening
½ cup honey
2 tsp. Salt
¾ cup warm water
2 tbls. Yeast.
3 eggs
4 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour

Directions
Heat milk with shortening, honey and salt to lukewarm and
shortening is melted. Sprinkle yeast over water in large bowl;
stir until yeast is dissolved. Stir in milk mixture and eggs.
Add flour and beat for about three minutes. Let rise until double,
about 1 hour. Lightly grease 2 ½-3 qt. Casserole. Punch down
dough, and beat with spoon until smooth-30 seconds. Turn into
casserole; cover; let rise until double in bulk 30-30 min. Bake
357º 45-50 min or until bread is nicely browned and sounds hollow
when rapped with knuckle. Rub butter over top of bread.

I didn't have a big enough casserole and used a smaller and larger one.
