Whole Wheat Potato Bread

Ingredients
3 ½ cups flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 ½ cups potato flakes
2 Tbls. yeast
2 ½ tsp. Salt
1/3 dry milk
2 ½ cups water
¼ cup honey
¼ cup butter or margarine
2 eggs

Directions
Combine 2 cups flour, potato flakes, dry milk, salt
Yeast, and blend. Heat water, butter, honey to 120-130º.
Add to dry ingredients with eggs. Stir in whole wheat
Flour and remaining white and knead. Let rise until
Double. Punch down and shape into four small loaves.
Bake 375º for about 30 min.
