Pina Colada Bundt Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 (4-serving) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups pina colada drink mix, divided
1/3 cup canola oil
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/3 C flaked coconut
1/2 tsp rum flavoring
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Blend together the cake mix, pudding mix, 1 cup pina colada drink mix, oil, eggs, egg whites, and rum flavoring until creamy. Stir in the coconut and pineapple. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan ten minutes, and then invert on a serving platter. Poke holes with a toothpick in the top of the cake. Brush remaining ½ cup drink mix over the cake. Cool before serving.
