4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Salt
Soy Sauce
3 Eggs
½ Tsp White Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic, Crushed
½ Cup Corn Starch
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
Lemon slices
Directions
- Flatten chicken breasts and sprinkle salt on all sides of meat and marinate in soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Mix eggs, white pepper, and garlic and set aside.
- Mix corn starch and baking powder and set aside.
- While meat is wet with soy sauce marinade dip in corn starch mix until well coated and dry. Then dip in egg mixture until completely coated. Finally, cover in Panko crumbs until dry.
- Deep fry in vegetable oil.
- Cut into 1/2" wide strips, preserving original arrangement of strips as a chicken breast.
- Serve with lemon sauce (provided as separate recipe)
- Garnish with lemon slices
