White Chili

Ingredients
1 tbl. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
2 cups cut-up chicken
2 cups chicken broth
2 cans white kidney beans
1-2 can white corn
1-2 4-oz. cans chopped green chiles
1-2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ing. to soup pot and heat, reserving cheese until last. Garnish with sour cream.
